Sam was team leader and Senior Vice President at Capmark Bank and Capmark Finance LLC. The team was responsible for the operation and disposition of multiple real estate properties throughout North America, totaling over 13 million square feet of office, multi-family, industrial, and hospitality properties.
He was a Real Estate asset manager for Berwind Property Group and prior to that was employed over 23 years in the commercial banking industry. He has authored a text book on Real Estate Finance and was a certified instructor by the PA Real Estate Commission.
He has a BA degree from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA and is a graduate of Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
