In this course we discuss how organizations are learning to re-evaluate their business practices but there are two things that the business world knows for sure: flexible work is here to stay, and the talent landscape has fundamentally shifted. We begin with a brief overview of the current challenges facing organizations that have led to the evolving hybrid workplace. This leads to a conversation about the operational changes needed to support individuals as they and their organizations traverse the changing workplace. Then we explore what factors are influencing how well an organization is able to accommodate employees who are demanding a more flexible approach to work and work patterns.
