In this course we examine how improving your business’ profitability can help reduce costs, increase revenue and productivity and help the organization to plan for change and growth. We start with a brief overview of the factors that can increase business profitability including the business sector, size of business and its operating costs. This leads to a conversation about locating areas for business improvement, using KPI’s and assessing general business costs to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
