In this course we provide valuable information about how a Human Resources (HR) manager can raise their confidence and ability to hold authoritative and impactful conversations at the board level.
We begin by reviewing the importance of being able to persuade and articulate the value of Human Resource Management (HRM), using language that the boardroom will understand and respect. We then develop a discussion on the unspoken rules for successful board-level relationships to propel the HR agenda forward and be able to influence, persuade and win board-level arguments.
