Herb Rubenstein

Herb Rubenstein is an author, course designer, attorney and frequent lecturer on ethics. management, leadership and related business topics.  He teaches the Strategic Management course at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Colorado, Denver.  He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Washington and Lee University and has his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center and his Master of Public Affairs degree from the LBJ School of the University of Texas at Austin.

He is the lead author of Breakthrough, Inc.: High Growth Strategies for Entrepreneurial Organizations (Financial Times/Prentice Hall), the lead author of Leadership for Educators (Rowman and Littlefield), and the author of Leadership for Lawyers (American Bar Association).  He is also the author of courses on Ethics and Strategic Planning (Thomson Reuters) and continuing legal education courses in leadership sponsored by numerous State Bar Associations.

He is licensed to practice law in DC, MD, and Virginia and is the President of Herb Rubenstein Consulting.
