Dennis has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions ($105M) and divestitures in providing due diligence and smooth integration of transactions from Fortune 50 companies to venture funded start up and privately held companies in manufacturing, biotechnology, high technology, healthcare, financial services, and distribution. Dennis has played an active role in sourcing buyers and suppliers. He prepared confidential business profiles, business plans, raised working capital to improve cash flow and the viability of the business. His expertise in value chain analysis, process improvements, and total quality improvement (TQM) has led to improved operating efficiency in high technology, biotechnology, consumer business, financial services and professional services.
