until
12:00 PM PST Duration: 1 hour

Webinar Highlights

In this webinar, Carrie Foster will explain individual behavior and actions in response to change. We will start with a brief overview of group dynamics and leadership at the core of Lewin’s social science and model of planned change. This leads to a conversation about the perspective that it is easier to change ideology or cultural habits by dealing with groups rather than with individuals.

Then we will explore how harnessing a sense of belongingness can help remove fear and resistance to change. This webinar will examine an inclusive approach to change that enables individuals to become the change the organization is looking for.
