We start with a brief overview of how intentional conscious actions taken can make the individual a powerful and effective agent of change. This leads to a conversation about building your capacity for reflection, feedback, and curiosity can have an impact on how we can influence problems, people, or situations. Then we explore practical tips to increase our awareness and understanding of how our Self is capable of influencing the organizational world we are connected to in order to know how to apply the model in practice.
