OKRs improve your company’s performance by increasing focus, employee engagement, alignment, agility, and innovation.

The structure of OKRs is very simple. An OKR is comprised of:

  • Key results: the criteria to measure the achievement of an objective

The concept of OKRs, once explained seem intuitive and we have to be disciplined to go through the steps to do it correctly. The instructor provides great examples of setting and scoring OKRs.
