I believe everyone in the workforce can benefit from taking this course. It's always interesting to learn about and understand the different type of employees, coworkers and managers. How they may be wired differently and to be reminded to accept and include everyone.

I enjoy everything about diversity and inclusion. I appreciate the points brought out about how there are four generations now in the workplace. I never thought about that, but realize just how diverse in thoughts and ideas that makes the field.

Since D&I is such a hot topic nowadays, I felt that this course was very insightful into company cultures and how Managers were not so inclusive vs how they should be more inclusive going forward to promote a more innovative company.

Diversity and inclusion has been a big push over the past 5-10 years. I've seen our own organization adopt this; however, that group focuses on informing folks about those celebrations for the folks in the minority.

I would hope most of this is a review on building inclusive culture. It's a great reminder of why it may be easy not to be so inclusive with our unconscious bias. To realize one must put effort into being inclusive

This topic is important, but I do not believe that the materials were presented in an interesting. The instructor's microphone was very choppy and should have been re-recorded.
