You will leave this session with a better understanding of yourself and a better understanding of how to relate and communicate with those around you. We explore the background and theory of the MBTI as well as an overview of the four dichotomies that make up your MBTI type (Extraversion-Introversion, Sensing-iNtuition, Thinking-Feeling, Judging-Perceiving).
Your instructor, Neil Ihde, founder of Life IQ and Type IQ, is a personality expert with an MA in Counseling, a BA in Psychology and a BA in Sociology.
