In this course we examine the methods to achieve improvement and innovation in business operations management. We start with a brief overview of the practices relating to lean operations and quality control. This course includes information that is just plain false. Like defining muda as an improvement process when it is just the word for "waste" in Japanese. Muda is a totally different concept in the lean framework.
