In this course we discuss methodologies that can be implemented to standardize the processes and alleviate many of the burdens of change.

This course will help you learn the meaning of the broad terms and some tools and techniques that can be implemented to help manage change. We delve into data flows and processes associated with incidents, changes and full scale projects.  Lastly, we discuss simple controls that can be implemented, critical monitoring that should be performed, and important training that needs to occur.

The course was informative, however it was mostly talking to the charts - I didn't get any additional insights and benefit of listening to speaker rather than just reading through charts so then that made the content slower than necessary
