This course examines the key drivers of organizational change that require the practice of change management and the factors involved in organizational change. We start with a brief overview of the globally interconnected marketplace that demand that organizations invent and implement processes that reinforce business resiliency and agility. This leads to a conversation about advancements in technology, digitalization, and artificial intelligence that are causing organizations to develop their design and the impact on workplace skills.

Then we explore the changing nature of work and the impact on organizational structure and organizational social systems. This course serves to build upon the necessary understanding of the evolving dynamics of the business environment and approaches to work required to enable change managers to effectively engage with organizational change in the workplace.
