This course sets you up with the tools you need to create a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion. The course covers developing a diversity audit plan and related strategic  plan, along with diversity recruiting, performance management and communication. We will finish with some thoughts on overcoming challenges.

  • Explore the concept of diversity and inclusion and why it should be celebrated
  • Discover how to conduct an audit on your diversity in order to create a strategic plan for our D&I initiatives

This course served as a great refresher while also providing helpful insights and best practices for creating a strategic D&I program. The facilitator presented content in an engaging manner, coupled with helpful supporting materials. There were several takeaways that I'll be able to apply in the workplace.

Overall, I thought this was informative and helped cover the basics of D&I. I learned about a few things that I didn't realize were a part of D&I, and thought Catherine's presentation was easy to follow/understand.
