This is a complete course of study providing education and training which allows the student to learn how ethics and ethical behavior are necessary to insurance coverage and insurance claims. The course covers everything an employee, officer, or director who deals with insurance matters for a corporation (or an officer or agent of an insurer) needs to know to implement important ethical standards to the business of liability insurance. It is the purpose of liability insurance to protect those people and entities insured against claims they were damaged by the insured’s tortious conduct and they must be resolved fairly and in good faith.
