Although there are many time management suggestions, this one is meant for people who manage, supervise or interact with other people in the workplace. In other words, you are not working in a vacuum and you don’t have total control of your time.
I’m including information about goal setting and keeping – because of course that’s the objective of managing your time. And, I’m going to suggest that you delegate as much of the trivia and routine work to others, among other strategies.
