The success or failure of an organization is more determined by the financial leadership within an organization than its strict adherence to accounting rules and regulations. Technical competency is a requirement, however organizational influence on the use of financial information (Financial Leadership) is what moves the organization. This Course focuses on how to create a culture of Financial Leadership within your organization.
This course is designed by a CFO for corporate finance leaders. While the engagement of all levels of finance staff are required to build a culture of financial leadership it is the CFO, their staff, and commitment at the C-suite level that will empower the creation of a sustainable financial leadership culture. This course will benefit those who have a solid understanding of the competency requirements of financial personnel, a knowledge of organizational structure and a desire to leverage that knowledge to create a financial leadership culture as a means of maximizing organizational performance.

Mr. Kulesza is definitely an expert in his field. His presentation was very engaging especially as he shared his own lived experiences which were very helpful in confirming the concepts of his discussion.
