Some of the questions are improperly written and need to be reviewed. Specifically, the insinuation that any accounting event happens when transactions are invoiced (there is not accounting transaction upon sending or receiving an invoice; the event is only when services are rendered). A few other nits as well. Overall point - clean up the questions so that they pass muster for a public company accounting environment and not a small, private company Quick Books environment. Best for students to learn the right way rather than convenient short-cuts that they won't encounter in a real world SOX environment.

I liked how all the course materials were provided so we could follow along, While the instructor was mainly reading the slides, his tone and manner in which he spoke kept me interested and engaged. There were several points at which I could review my knowledge of the material. Any CPA Licensee looking to renew their license and fulfill the Board-Approved Regulatory Review requirement will benefit from this course. I'm hoping that Illumeo will add more courses taught by this instructor in the future!

I'm not sure why i have to fill this form out with a minimum of 50 characters. My preference is no just put NA and move on with my next CPE. This requirement is ridiculous and i would like to request a removal of this requirement moving forward. Feel free to escalate as needed.

There weren't any real-life examples, just reading from a textbook, which I could have done myself. The instructor's voice was also very monotone and dry. Review questions were simple enough and it helped that questions were asked after each topic.

Course contained very useful information and also well organized. Feel like I have more knowledge of the requirements to be a CPA in California and understanding of the actions which may lead to Board revoking or canceling my license.

The material in general is very dry, but not the instructor's fault. Overall the course is informative and provides you with the current rules of CBA. The rules can be written to be more concise, but unfortunately they are not.

Its a very dry topic, so I cannot blame the presenter. It was good that all of the slides were available. It would be improved if you did not have to watch the video of somebody reading the slides, since I can read for myself.

This class needs dramatic improvement. The class is simply a reading of the course materials in a monotone voice. There is no captivating element in it. It is challenging to learn from a class presented in this manner.

This course was not interesting or engaging, but given the material, I don't know if it can be. I suppose it's a little less dry than just reading the regulations, but then again, that's pretty much what this course was.
