The speaker was great, and the flow of material very logical. Many concrete examples provided during the talk to provide context and make the concepts real. I knocked off one start because the reference materials that accompanied the video were very poor. The instructor referenced a document multiple times during the video, and this document was not available to me. Very frustrating. Otherwise, the course was great.

The course itself was great, but the exam had issues (unclear question wording, duplicate questions, answers considered wrong even though they exactly matched the definition given in the glossary, 79% grade when I got 19 out of 21 correct). The study guide provided was laid out as a syllabus with no helpful content.

There was a wealth of useful information in this course. It really solidifies many of the things to keep in mind and how to step through some of the sticky issues that may be involved. I will be looking for other classes from this instructor.

Slides and review materials not structured so it's not easy to sit for the exam or take the test. Anecdotal experience of the instructor is riveting.

It was a good overview of a thought-provoking subject. I liked the topic but the structure was at times redundant and the questions were confusing.

The final exam questions were almost nonsensical - I had a really hard time understanding what was being asked.

Good information. I'm buying a house and was struck with the similarities in process.
