Ravi started his career in Indian commercial banking immediately after his graduation. Soon he moved to central banking and gained experience in foreign exchange, currency issue, banking regulations, regulatory inspections/audits and information technology(IT) in banks. He was actively involved in the technology absorption advisory space of the central bank, and led IT projects in development, implementation, operations, and support. He has worked in customer service and carried out inspections of banks in foreign exchange regulatory compliance.

After moving to Canada he honed his skills in accounting, information security, information technology, auditing, assurance, corporate management, project management, risks, governance and internal controls. He was active in professional accounting public practice for over 4 years and in information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) audits for over 4 years. He has planned, led, managed and assisted several projects and demonstrated his skills in project management.
