Michael Brozzetti

Michael is an accomplished expert in the areas of assurance, risk, and compliance who helps organizations identify and respond to risk in ways that improve operational and financial performance. For over 15 years, Mr. Brozzetti has served as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 and middle market corporate clients to evaluate, design, and implement internal controls in support of organizational objectives.

Mr. Brozzetti serves as an adjunct with Villanova University where he educates adult learners on the professional practice of internal auditing and risk management. He also serves as a director on two non-profit corporate boards, including the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Philadelphia Chapter and the National Speakers Association Philadelphia Chapter. He volunteers his time as a member of the IIA’s Global Ethics Committee, which serves more than 180,000 members worldwide.

Mr. Brozzetti has authored articles for numerous industry journals and has been interviewed and quoted with the Wall Street Journal, CFO.com, and Comcast’s MoneyMattersTV. He is accredited as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and is certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). Michael holds a Bachelor Degree in Operations Management and Management Information Systems from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics, University of Delaware.
