Lynn Larson, CPCP, has more than 15 years of Purchasing Card experience. In January 2014, she founded Recharged Education LLC, which focuses on Commercial Card training, consulting and educational resources; learn more at: www.recharged-education.com.
Her previous job roles include education manager for the NAPCP, a professional association for the Commercial Card and payments industry, and P-Card program manager for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. In addition, her work experience includes many years in the procurement field. In June 2007, she earned the Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) credential.
Lynn is a frequent and popular industry speaker, having delivered more than a dozen full-day P-Card workshops, as well as dozens of educational in-person and virtual presentations. She has also conducted several industry research studies plus approximately 100 polls.

Responsible for managing the CPCP program, Commercial Card content development, conducting card industry research, writing articles for the newsletter, delivering a variety of presentations on Commercial Card topics, moderating NAPCP webinars, and creating bi-weekly polls. Purchasing Management Analyst : Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis - [1998-07 to 2007-05]
Fulfilled a dual role: Purchasing Management Analyst and P-Card Program Manager. Procurement-related responsibilities included facilitating competitive bid processes for vendor selection and provided vendor management support to internal business partners. As P-Card Program Manager, created and delivered training, implemented new program technology, worked with IT to generate custom reporting using Microsoft Access, developed an interface file for the ERP system, and drove program expansion initiatives. Was the P-Card subject-matter expert for the entire Federal Reserve System ("System"), sharing best practices with other districts, renegotiating the System contract, participating on different work groups and educating the Board of Governors about P-Card benefits. Also administered the Corporate Travel Card program, an individual liability program. Note: Was full-time 1998 until 2003, and part-time thereafter.
