Larry Williams

Larry is an experienced leader, trainer, speaker and consultant in Integrated Business Planning (IBP). IBP is a focused business management process devoted to incorporating best practices in financial, operational, and strategic planning. The purpose of IBP is to move the entire organization to managing all of its performance management – specifically planning and forecasting, performance measurement, and financial control-- as one collaborative effort.

Larry has gleaned a storehouse of knowledge from 29 years of cross–functional management experience (financial planning, manufacturing, production planning, and marketing) to provide a practical knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Integrated Business Planning process. He has taught Accounting and Strategic Management courses at several universities plus serves as a CPA exam review leader. He holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and MBA from the University of Louisville with a CPA and CMA.
