I have raised over $100M in equity capital and debt and have played leading and support roles in numerous buy and sell-side transactions for both public and private companies. In addition to running Accounting, Finance and Treasury, I have also led corporate and IP legal, HR and recruiting, IT, facilities and administration during my CFO tenures. As COO at two companies, I also ran Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service operations. My market experience includes domestic and international, and public and private companies in the hardware, software, service and process industries. I have also founded, invested in and been a board member of a number of companies.

Led funding, Finance, and Administration in a venture-backed software company developing sales and marketing applications for Global 500 Financial Services companies. Raised venture equity, bridge funding, venture debt and bank debt. Significantly reduced unnecessary or low-return burn rate. Created corporate entities in Hong Kong and the UK, utilizing advanced tax strategies. COO of company during sale process. Responsible for selling company to ACL Services, publicly traded software company, Canada.

Led funding, Finance, and Operations for a startup company developing Real-Time Remote Inventory Management and Access Control systems incorporating custom hardware, software and wireless technologies. Led and owned corporate strategy and execution in all Operations, Finance and Administrative domains. Sold company to Cardinal Health and remained there as VP Finance until joining Black Pearl.
