I have been a member of the RoseRyan dream team since 2008 with almost 30 years of professional experience. I excel at technical accounting, revenue recognition, SOX/internal controls, business systems, and process improvements. I am a Big 4 CPA (inactive) with over twenty five years of corporate and operational finance experience with both public and private companies, including Corporate Controller at VNUS Medical Devices, Electroglas Inc., and Digital Interiors.

I love being a part of the Finance Dream Team and providing my "been there, done that!" expertise to clients. I love the flexibility and diversity of consulting with multiple clients. I enjoy the diversity of roles that I play, such as being a member of RoseRyan’s Technical Accounting Group assisting clients such as Aradigm and Cloudera; SOX project management at clients such as Coupons.com, ArcSight, and Informatica; and interim and project assignments at clients such as Vivus Pharmaceuticals, Mendel Biotechnology, Cepheid, Zynga and Catellus Development Corp.
