Clarissa Enany Fowler

Clarissa has over 15 years of corporate and operational finance experience focusing on technical accounting, financial systems, process improvement, and SEC reporting.   As a key member of RoseRyan’s Technical Accounting Group, she has advised many clients such as NovaBay, Symantec, and Affymax on complex accounting matters.  The Technical Accounting Group handles the tough questions from companies about revenue recognition, leases, SEC reporting, stock-based compensation and more. Prior to RoseRyan, she was Assistant Controller at Docusign and was a Manager at KPMG.  Clarissa is a CPA (WA – active; CA – inactive) and holds a BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.  When she is not in active problem solving mode with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
