Chan, a former Board Member and Vice President of the New York State Society of CPAs, is a seasoned CPA and finance executive with over 30 years of professional experience in auditing and SEC reporting, internal controls, compliance and risk management, financial due diligence, business restructuring, margins improvement, fraud risk assessment and forensic investigation. 

Leveraging his experience as a former audit partner, EVP and CFO, Mr. Chan specializes in the delivery of business turnaround, CFO advisory as well as SOX and FCPA compliance services.
