In these group of courses, we discuss how organizations can traverse the current challenges of an evolving workplace which demands a more flexible approach to work patterns and work. We explain the importance of understanding agile to guide wider organizational transformation and discuss how to engage with people in each stage of the cycle to attract talent and optimize the employee experience.
