Ethics is never easy. Often, individuals focus on the concepts rather than the actual process of execution. Most of us understand the concepts but when it comes to making ethical decisions, the line between black and white becomes blurred.
Ethics in business have come a long way; from being merely recognized as a set of administrative rules, Business Ethics are now an essential part of an organization’s strategic direction. Ethics in business can influence how the world perceives the organization, as well as its business partners and customers, and hence can be critical to success or failure.
This is a recorded session of a live presentation presented to over 125 participants in April 2022. This Ethics in business session discusses the concepts of ethics as well as ethical scenarios. The participants then had the opportunity to test their own ethical response on several real life scenarios presented.
In this recording, on-demand participants we be able to listen and understand how participants viewed the scenarios and listen to actual narrative on the real-life scenarios and how they evolved. You will come away with an understanding of ethics in business, the ethic concepts and also an understanding of how difficult ethical decisions are.
