That maybe why many companies are moving from remote only to a hybrid model, so employees can still enjoy some of the benefits of working remotely while also have access to the benefits of working in-office. Of course, that’s not an option if you are hiring people who don’t live locally, but that’s something to be considered on a case-by-case basis.
