In this course, we develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with Human Resources (HR) metrics, management information, and HR analytics. We start with a brief overview of a framework from which to understand and work with HR analytics. This leads to a conversation about how to carry out analyses of data and how to interpret results. Then we explore how to use these metrics to build a business case for HR interventions and make evidence-based decisions about the organization’s HR strategy.
