In this course we examine the evaluation of supply chain management from transactional information sharing to collaborative approaches. We start with a brief overview of applying PADI (pragmatic/performance, administrative, divergent/development and integration) frameworks for collaboration. This leads to a conversation about creating collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance customer service quality and develop stronger relationships between partners. Then we explore how to develop a good fit between the leadership style and business operations management.
