In this course we discuss how organizations can traverse the current challenges of an evolving workplace which demands a more flexible approach to work patterns and work. We begin with a brief overview of the big complex and interdependent changes in the business environment where so much of what was certain in terms of business models, market forces and required talent capabilities have been rendered obsolete. This leads to a conversation about the HR management practices that are beginning to emerge in response to the HR challenges faced by organizations.
Then we explore what key skills and knowledge areas needed to recognize and manage the multiple challenges at once. This course serves to re-evaluate the HR and business practices needed to equip HR professionals with the capacity needed to navigate post-crisis recovery.
