In this course we discuss how an adaptive HR workplace strategy provides employees with greater flexibility, increases productivity, empowers them to do their best and delivers better performance. We begin with a brief overview of the implications of developing a fluid HR strategic model. This leads to a conversation about how the forced shift toward a distributed and highly virtualized work environment shattered the belief that employees can’t be as effective when offsite and flipped many previously held workplace orthodoxies in the process.
Then we explore what the “new normal” should be and what changes do we need to make to our work, workforce, workplace for enduring success in the new normal. This course serves to enable HR professionals to successfully traverse the implications and implementation of an adaptive HR workplace strategy.
