Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is an initiative important to all aspects of the Office of the CFO. Managing risk includes all levels of financial, operational and compliance risk.
This course steps beyond the ERM 101 course, delving further into the phased approach to establishing ERM processes and appropriately identifying, assessing, measuring, mitigating and reporting risks. We also evaluate rating measurements scales and the importance of setting the right tone for evaluations.
