A good overview without being theoretical. It did not, however, provide very many examples.

This is my first deep dive into ERM and I am very happy it was authored by Lynn Fountain. She has provided a course that has comprehensive content and a solid roadmap to understanding concepts and actions. Lynn, I got 90% on this. Not bad for a first exposure.

I really enjoyed the section of course that focused on how mature the organization is and if it really makes sense to try to push for a program with specific examples. I think the importance of thinking through these items is key. "Tone at the top" as they say...

Very comprehensive overview of how to start an ERM program. Would be even better if the "ERM 101" course was made a prerequisite and the overlapping content removed. Would like to learn more about how to determine the risk rating/score.

Great presentation Lynn, it was so insightful for implementation of ERM. In Slide 40, SWAT is used, I think it is SWOT. Thanks
