Information good but the slides I think could have been done to make things more obvious. The governmance style slide for example I could not tell plainly which style was the best versus worst. I would have liked to see examples of interactions of each style...i.e, actors in pretend board meeting with 4 different people exhibiting each of the governmance styles.

Course relied significantly on reading through the PowerPoint slides. It did provide good insight into the different types of boards and what skills, interests and experience would make for the best match. The requirements and commitment relative to each type of board service were clearly explained.
