In this course we discuss the role of HRM in delivering an organizational reputation as an Employer of Choice.

We start with a brief overview of how to make your organization more attractive to potential employees in today’s competitive labor market.  This leads to a conversation about examining how the organization is perceived in the recruitment market, including the appropriateness of recruitment marketing.  Then we explore how people, having made the choice to join the organization, will make a conscious choice to stay by examining retention best practices.

This course serves to examine the creation of a vision for your workforce and how to bring that vision to life.

Learning Objectives
  • Discover how to make your organization more attractive to potential employees in today’s competitive labor market
  • Identify the perception of the organization in the recruitment market and the appropriateness of recruitment marketing
