I liked the comparison of a manager to a leader. And also the reminder that a leader is always in a fishbowl. Telescope effect was a good way to think about things to and the difference in the way a manager thinks of a team and the other members may think of the manager differently because of the power they hold over them.

The presentation is poor, but the content is great. I really don't like presenter just mainly reading the slides/workbook. I can read that myself. But the content covers the presentation and alot of great points. Overall a good rating.

Interesting but a lot of content and a little difficult to go through all of the workbook without interaction with others...probably a better course to take live vs on demand.

Material is really good but the delivery of the course came across like an AI reading the content. Less reading and more engaging discussion would be a big improvement.

Good overall but on some slides she just read it all and the slide did not always match the narrative. The exam questions were strange.
