Robin Vanneman is the Learning and Development Manager at CNM and is responsible for all learning and training related initiatives for the firm. She brings more than 8 years of leadership and management experience. Prior to joining CNM, Robin worked in Management Consulting at Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton, and is well-versed in the areas of change management, employee engagement, organizational design and training.
