Gillian is the founder and CEO of Reboot Ltd, a coaching and development company.
Reboot’s tenets are Career, Performance and Results and Gill’s work focuses on individuals and teams improving their career prospects, job performance and achieving improved results.
Gill works with many professional individuals and teams using her skills as a coach, trainer and NLP practitioner together with her accreditation to deliver the Persona psychometric profiling.
Within Reboot, many career development programmes have been developed to support clients.
Gill also works in academia. At the university – the London Institute of Banking and Finance, she is as a module leader in leadership and management and career coach. She previously lectured at Masters level and supervised dissertations at Coventry University, LC. She is the principal examiner for the Entrepreneurship & Innovation for NCC Education and is the Chief Examiner for ABE UK
Gill has published 3 study guides for international students – Working in Business, Entrepreneurship and Businesses Performance & Innovation. She has also authored new editions in Project Management and Dynamic Business Organisation.
She has supported a start-up in India and held international webinars with attendees from Rwanda, South Africa and Malaysia.
Gill is a Liveryman of the City of London’s Company of Educators and is proud to be a Freeman of the City of London
She supports rural business in her role as Vice Chair of the Rural Community Council of Essex and judged & presented awards at the Rural Business Awards 2019. She is also Justice of the Peace for Essex.
Gill is a keen traveller, speaks French and enjoys various sports.
